1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 2jil Platform, through which all gaming activities, transactions, and communications are conducted.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a gaming outcome, whether in slots, live casino games, sports betting, or any other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free credit, cashback, or other incentive provided by 2jil to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player to their 2jil Account through approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing legal gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player" or "User" or "You" means any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any services provided by 2jil.
• "Platform" or "Website" means the 2jil gaming website accessible at 2jil.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's 2jil Account balance to the Player's designated payment method.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Legal Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Player, and 2jil, the operator of the gaming platform. By creating an account on 2jil, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise utilizing any services or features available through the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have carefully reviewed these Terms and consent to be bound by all provisions contained herein, including but not limited to account registration requirements, age verification procedures, payment terms, responsible gaming policies, bonus terms, dispute resolution mechanisms, and limitation of liability clauses.

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You must create unique login credentials consisting of a username and password that meet the Platform's security requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 2jil Platform. Creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances across all accounts, and potential legal action. 2jil employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on various factors including but not limited to name, address, IP address, device fingerprint, and payment methods.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

2jil accepts deposits through various payment methods approved for use by Players in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank and other major Philippine banks, 7-Eleven cash deposits, USDT cryptocurrency transfers, and Coins.ph wallets. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name matching the name on your 2jil account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any funds deposited from accounts not owned by the registered Player will be returned to the source account after deduction of applicable processing fees.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor, though processing times may vary depending on the method selected and external factors beyond 2jil's control such as bank processing delays or network congestion. 2jil does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are your responsibility to pay.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

Withdrawals from your 2jil account balance may be requested at any time through the cashier or account management section of the Platform, subject to the following conditions and requirements:

• Your account must be fully verified through completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including submission and approval of identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal requests will be processed, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus and associated winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. For security and anti-money laundering compliance, 2jil requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in the cashier section and vary by payment method and Player VIP tier.

5. Gaming Rules and Wagering Terms

1. Game Results: All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions for live casino games, which are regularly tested and certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Once a bet is confirmed, the result is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction or clear error acknowledged by 2jil.
2. Bet Acceptance: 2jil reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed set limits, are placed on events after results are known, or are suspected to be part of fraudulent activity. In sports betting, odds and availability are subject to change without notice, and bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance.
3. Disconnections: In the event of disconnection or technical issues during gameplay, any incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's standard procedures. In most cases, incomplete rounds are completed automatically when you reconnect, and any wins are credited to your account balance.
4. Maximum Wins: Certain games and promotions may be subject to maximum win limits as specified in the relevant game information or promotional terms. Any winnings exceeding stated maximums will be forfeited and removed from your account balance.
5. Irregular Play: 2jil prohibits irregular betting patterns, abuse of game features, exploitation of technical errors, collusion with other players, and any other activity intended to gain unfair advantage. Detection of such activity will result in bet voidance, confiscation of winnings, and potential account closure.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

2jil offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programs. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the promotional page or communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General provisions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise specified include:

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) which specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jil and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, "2jil Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform or gaming services;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions;

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. 2jil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Account Closure and Termination

2jil reserves the right to suspend, close, or terminate any Player account at any time with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations;
2. Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification;
3. Creation of multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
4. Suspected fraud, collusion, cheating, or other irregular activity;
5. Failure to complete identity verification procedures;
6. Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward 2jil staff or other Players;
7. Request for self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of real money funds (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges owed to 2jil. In cases of closure due to Terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity, 2jil reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may report such activity to appropriate authorities.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the 2jil Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are owned by or licensed to 2jil and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The 2jil name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 2jil or its affiliates or licensors.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from 2jil, except as incidental to normal browser caching and viewing. Unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 2jil customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review and mediation. Many disputes can be resolved more efficiently through these informal channels than through litigation.
